At WhopBox, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day refund window for eligible hosting services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date for eligible hosting services.

To request a refund, contact us at sachin@whopbox.com with your order details and reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers

  • Software licenses (including cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and similar licenses)

  • Dedicated servers

  • VPS servers provisioned with custom configurations

  • Add-on services, setup fees, and professional services

  • Services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, excessive resource usage, chargeback attempts, or violations of our Terms of Service.
